Kwara United Football Club has opened a route to its fans and supporters who wish to be in Morocco to cheer the team against RS Berkane in the return leg of the First Round of the 2022/2023 TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup competition.

The first leg match will be held at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos, on October 9, while the return leg, which will finally determine the club that will qualify for the Group Stage of the competition, will hold in Berkane, Morocco, on October 15.

According to a message from the club, fans and supporters wishing to be in Berkane, Morocco, can apply for a visa and return tickets through the club to ensure a complete package.

“Our fans and supporters who will want to be in Morocco to support the team can apply through the club, as we know that doing so will increase our support base in Berkane,” the club’s general manager, Bashir Badawiy, said.

He added, “We would love to have as many as our fans and supporters with us in Morocco, and since we have this opportunity at hand for those that can afford it, it’s better we make it available.”

The team will play two friendly games against Shooting Stars Sports Club in Ibadan on Saturday, and Remo Stars FC in Ikenne, before going to Lagos for the first leg match.
