Arsenal kept their title dream alive on Saturday, beating Bournemouth 3-2 at the Emirates Stadium in the English Premier League.

The Gunners staged a brilliant comeback, cancelling Bournemouth’s two-goal lead to win just before the final whistle blast.

Bournemouth had a great start as Philip Billing quickly opened scoring in 9.11 seconds, stunning the Gunners.

All efforts by the Gunners to pull an equaliser in the first half failed as the visitors took the lead into the break at the Emirates.

The Gunners returned into the second half looking strong and dominating ball possession but again the visitors doubled their lead courtesy of Senesi’s header.

Ghanian star Thomas Partey came to the rescue for the Gunners, scoring in the 62 minutes to reduce  Bournemouth’s lead margin.

Eight minutes later, Ben White levelled for the Gunners, restoring hope of a win for the home side.

All hope of a win was almost lost when Reis Nelson grabbed a winner for the Guners with a strike in the injury time, throwing fans at the Emirates into huge celebrations.

Arsenal are still atop the EPL log with 5 points, having garnered 63 points in 26 games, while Manchester City are second on the log with 58 points in 26 games.
