Super Eagles have secured a 2-1 victory over Leone Stars of Sierra Leone in an African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match.

The game was played behind closed doors at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja on Thursday.

It is the first fixture in the 2023 AFCON qualifiers.
