Gov. Oyebanji appoints new Statistician-General, others in Ekiti 

Mr Oyebanji also named Anthonia Emmanuel as the secretary of the Audit Service Commission and Adebayo Faleto as the new Surveyor-General.

Ekiti governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has again approved the appointment of Iyadunni Oke as the new Auditor-General for Local Government and Omoyeni Kolawole as the Statistician-General for the state.

A statement by the governor’s media aide, Yinka Olabode, on Sunday in Ado-Ekiti, also named Anthonia Emmanuel as the secretary of the Audit Service Commission and Adebayo Faleto as the new Surveyor-General.

All the appointments, according to the statement, take immediate effect. 

“As part of efforts to further reposition the state public service for excellent performance, Governor Oyebanji has approved the appointments of four additional persons to fill the existing vacancies in the public service,” the statement read in part.
