The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) has warned Nigerians about fake recruitment advertisements on social media.

This is contained in a statement by ITF’s spokeswoman Suleyol Chagu on Tuesday, disclosing that there are no current vacancies in the agency.

“These Individuals are only out to deceive and defraud the unsuspecting public. They created a fake profile and page of the fund’s director-general and chief executive on LinkedIn and Facebook using the telephone number 07025143825,” the ITF statement explained.

ITF is a government agency saddled with the responsibility of setting, and regulating training standards and providing need-based human capital development interventions.
