Kano: Police recommit to service delivery

The police command in Kano has reaffirmed its commitment to providing professional, responsive, and citizen-centric services to the public.
This was disclosed in a statement by the command’s spokesperson, SP Abdullahi Kiyawa, to mark the 2025 Customer Service Week.
He said, “The commissioner of police, Ibrahim Bakori, has expressed appreciation for the public’s support and cooperation.
“He has also emphasised the importance of building trust and partnership between the police and the community.
“He has noted that feedback from the public plays a vital role in improving service delivery.”
According to the statement, the command will engage directly with the public during the week, listen to their concerns, and provide assistance where needed.
