Less than two months after being reinstated, the Twitter account of American rapper Kanye West, now known as Ye, has once again been suspended due to posts encouraging violence.

Ye tweeted a picture of a Swastika encased in a Star of David, a Jewish religious icon, on Thursday night. He asserted the picture would serve as his presidential campaign logo in 2024.

In October, the rapper said he would go “death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE,” a tweet that led to his being locked out of both Twitter and Instagram social networks.

Ye further tweeted an unflattering shirtless picture of Elon Musk, the new Twitter CEO, with a protruding stomach being hosed by Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel.

Already sensing his account was about to be suspended, Ye captioned the photo, “Let’s always remember this as my final tweet.”

“I tried my best,” tweeted the platform’s CEO. “Despite that, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence. Account will be suspended.”

On Friday morning, Mr Musk explained that the rapper’s account suspension had nothing to do with his unflattering photo and was instead the result of the rapper posting tweets that violated Twitter’s policy on inciting violence.

“Just clarifying that his account is being suspended for incitement to violence, not an unflattering pic of me being hosed by Ari. Frankly, I found those pics to be helpful motivation to lose weight!” explained Mr Musk.

Ye’s account had been suspended in October over anti-semitic remarks that made him lose two billion dollars in two hours and ended his juicy partnership deals with Adidas and Balenciaga.
