Lagos to hold education summit August 30

Mr Lawal on Sunday stated that the summit is primarily meant for public and private education stakeholders to co-create ideas and solutions.

Ganiyu Lawal, a spokesman for the Lagos State Ministry of Education says a summit for stakeholders in the public and private sectors has been scheduled for August 30 to August 31.

Mr Lawal on Sunday stated that the summit is primarily meant for public and private education stakeholders to co-create ideas and solutions.

“The summit will address issues on the main and various sub-themes relating to development of fit-for-purpose education framework and partnership,” he said in a statement.

“It will also deliberate on advocacy for collective commitment from all stakeholders to achieve quality and equitable education in the state,” it added. 

The event will be held at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, and will have resource persons as speakers from both the public and private sectors.
