The National Industrial Court of Nigeria will begin its annual vacation on July 29.

The court’s president, Benedict Kanyip, in a circular issued on Wednesday in Abuja, said full judicial activities would resume on September 28.

The directive, he said, was pursuant to the provisions of Order 58, Rule 4 (2) of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Civil Procedure Rules, 2017

Mr Kanyip said during the annual vacation, there would not be court sittings except for urgent applications and that a vacation judge would handle urgent applications.
