Police find nine-year-old missing boy in Lafia

The boy, who claims to hail from Hadeija in Jigawa State, was found wandering around 2:30 a.m. on Kwandere road in Lafia on Monday.

The Nasarawa State Police Command has found a nine-year-old missing boy, Hassan Mallam Tsalha, in Lafia.

This is contained in a statement by Ramhan Nansel, Police Public Relations Officer in the state, on Wednesday in Lafia.

Mr Nansel said the boy was found wandering around 2:30 a.m. on Kwandere road in Lafia on Monday.

According to the police spokesperson, the boy claims to hail from Hadeija in Jigawa State.

The spokesman said all efforts to reach the boy’s family proved abortive.

Mr Nansel appealed to anyone with useful information to visit the Ombi 1 Police Division in Lafia or any nearest Police Station.

He said the information could also be related through the following numbers: 08071614049, 08037461715 and 08112692680.
