Shatta Wale calls Ghanaian music “disgrace”, seeks tutorship from Nigerian artistes
After publicly condemning its music industry and artistes, Shatta Wale has endorsed Nigerian music and seeks tutorship from Nigerian musicians.
The “Already” crooner publicly referred to Ghana music as a “disgrace” and urged his fellow Ghanaian artistes to “ask for help” as he is also on a quest to find himself a record label.
“Is better we stop arguing with Nigerian fans, promoters, etc and ask for help, myself I need a record label,” he tweeted.
“Ghana music is a disgrace, make we no lie, shouts to Nigeria, Yes I have said it,” he added.
Shatta’s tweet was a shock to the public, as he has in the past condemned Nigerian music and artistes.
“I don’t look up to any stupid Nigerian artiste, I look up to my fans. Fuck Nigeria,” he said at his “Freedom Concert” held at Accra sport stadium in December 2021.
