Supreme Court upholds Fubara’s election as Rivers governor

The apex court dismissed the appeal filed by the APC and its governorship candidate.

The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the election of Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara.

Justice Ibrahim Saulawa dismissed the appeal by the All Progressives Congress and its governorship candidate, Tonye Cole.
