The management of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has announced Wednesday October 26 for resumption of academic activities.

This is contained in a circular signed by the Director, Senate and Academic Matters, Filibus Yamta-Mshelia, on Tuesday in Maiduguri.

He said the university senate approved the resumption date at a special meeting held on October 18, and approved Monday October 26 for commencement of academic activities.

He, therefore, urged the students to resume on the scheduled date as academic activities including tests and general studies would commence in full swing while examination is to start from November 7, 2022.

“We wish all our students safe return to the University and successful completion of the Second Semester 2020/2021 Academic Session,” he said.
