The World Health Organisation managed to bring 18 seriously ill patients out of the embattled Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
The risky operation, conducted on Monday, was announced by a spokesman for the UN health agency in Geneva on Tuesday.
It was the second such mission in recent days.
On Sunday, the WHO helped evacuate 14 patients, including two children, from Nasser Hospital.
The WHO spokesman said there was no electricity or running water in the facility, adding that 15 staff members were tending to the remaining 150 or so patients.
He said the WHO brought supplies of water and food to the hospital during the evacuation missions.
Israeli Special Forces entered the hospital late last week.
The army said it had information that Hamas was using the facility as a base of operations.
Around 100 people were taken into custody.
According to the Hamas-run health authority, many of those detained were members of the medical staff.
