Zinwe evicted from BBNaija season 9
The duo Zinwe (Zion and Chinwe) have been chased out of the 100 million Naira Big Brother Naija season nine race.
The announcement was delivered by the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, on Sunday.
The concluded week saw lovebirds in the house deepening their connections while others found themselves embroiled in heated arguments.
Earlier in the week, the housemates participated in a nerve-wracking diary room session where they were tasked with nominating the duo they wanted to see leave the competition.
Beta, Chekas Double Kay, Wanni x Hanndi, and Zinwe topped the list with the most votes.
It was then left to the viewers to decide which pair would be sent packing, and Zinwe received the fewest votes to stay.
As they made their exit, the couple had a chat with Ebuka
Chinwe opened up about her sadness throughout the week, especially after the eviction of Flourish, a duo she had grown close to.
When asked what was next for her, she expressed optimism about the future, saying she was eager to embrace life outside the BBNaija house.
Zion, on the other hand, reflected on the experience of sharing the confined space with his girlfriend.
He spoke about how it had taught him resilience and the importance of paying attention.
With a determined smile, he hinted at the future, saying, “Zinwe for life.”
As the dust settled, Ebuka returned to the remaining housemates, offering some advice.
He cautioned them to be mindful of their words with the cameras constantly watching and encouraged them to enjoy the experience instead of overthinking their every move.
