Get ready for Glastonbury 2003!

Glastonbury 2002: Pyramid stage

Do you remember your first time? How about last time? Get ready, 'cause it's time to dust off your tent and do it all over again. Glastonbury 2003 is coming.

Speculation about the lineup has already begun, with strong rumours about Prince, Rolf Harris and even The Doors appearing. We think Grandaddy, The Strokes, Feeder and Billy Bragg are more likely.

And the Greenpeace field is an absolute certainty.

The Festival contributes a lot to Greenpeace. Organiser Michael Eavis donates a big chunk of the turnover to us. Last year, the Glastonbury Festival raised more than 1m for Greenpeace, Oxfam, WaterAid and good causes in the local area.

And we like to think we contribute a lot to the Festival. Over the years, we've made a lot of new friends down at the Greenpeace field, which in 2002 featured a climbing wall, skating ramp, organic cafe, solar powered showers and our specially designed beach. We even helped people find their soulmate - or at least a new mate.

We also ask people get involved with our work - by supporting us financially or getting active in our campaigns.

As usual, tickets sold out in a matter of hours. We don't have any tickets for sale or vacancies for volunteers, either. Sorry!

Finally, please don't even think about fence jumping - it won't be tolerated.
