This competition is for fun and to raise awareness about sustainably harvested timber but there are still a few rules, sorry:
1. Competition starts now. Competition closes on 9 June 2008 at midnight GMT so all links must be in the comments below by then.
2. There are three pairs of tickets for one skater and a friend (that will have to be an adult guardian if the skater is under 16). These tickets are non-transferrable - you need to use them yourself and you can't sell them. You'll need to provide the name of your guest when we contact you.
3. The three categories are:
- Best trick
- Best run (40 seconds max)
- Judges discretion (use your imagination)
4. You can enter all three categories but submit only one clip for each category.
5. Clips must be posted on a publicly accessible video sharing site like YouTube or MPORA, whatever works for you.
6. To enter you'll need to post the link to the clip as a comment on the entries page. That means you’ll have to register for this site to make a comment and so we have your contact details to let you know if you win.
7. Clips will be judged by Sidewalk magazine and we will let winners know by email as soon as the judging is done. You will then have two working days to confirm you can attend the festival, otherwise we will give the tickets to the second choice. Ditto for them.
8. You must be a resident of the UK or Eire (we're not big fans of flying).
9. We will send the tickets out to the winner when we get a confirmation of attendance by special delivery but we are not responsible if the post doesn't turn up.
10. You need to sort out and pay for your own transport to and from the site and everything else you need while you’re there.
11. On arrival at the festival, you and your friend will need to present some photo identification, such as a drivers' license, which matches up with the names on the tickets. We'll send the details for site entry with your tickets.
12. Greenpeace UK gets to use any video submitted (not just the winning entries) on our website now and in perpetuity. We may also show them on a screen at Glastonbury.
13. You enter the competition at your own risk and Greenpeace does not accept any liability for you or for your guest's expenses, personal injury, damage, theft or loss in connection with the competition even if that loss is caused by Greenpeace's negligence. Etc.
