Since we relaunched this site earlier this year, I've been working on a range of background information pages covering all aspects of our forest work. All sorts of things have cropped up in the meantime which have meant delaying them, but they've finally been published.
You can access them at anytime from the navigation bar down the left-hand side of the page - go to the Forests section of What we do, and they're linked from the Problems, Solutions and What we are doing pages - but here's a full list:
- Destructive and illegal logging
- Forests and agriculture
- Palm oil
- Deforestation and climate change
- Protected areas
- Changing industry practices to help protect forests
- Certification schemes
- The Amazon rainforest
- The Paradise Forests of South East Asia
- The Congo rainforest of central Africa
- The Boreal Forest of North America
- Forests of Europe and Russia
- The Book Campaign
