Organic farming fields
GM crops fit perfectly into the current model of chemically intensive farming that nobody is happy with.
Lots of organisations and individuals are instead supporting agriculture that works with nature rather than "succeeding" against it by suppressing and dominating natural ecological processes.
The strongest and best example of this is organic farming - whose existence could be threatened by GM crops.
