The day began with a robust testimony from Stokely Webster, Food and Agricultural Policy Researcher for Greenpeace between early 1999 and early 2000.

Questioned about her intentions on the day of the crop decontamination at Lyng she explained that the purpose of the day was to fully remove the crop from the field, bag it and return it to the agricultural research centre at Agrevo
