JUDGE MELLOR: Members of the jury, it is now my task to sum this case up to you. Our jobs are quite distinct. Mine has two parts. First, it is for me to tell you what the law is insofar as it is relevant to your purposes and that you take from me. If I get it wrong in any way that is adverse to any of these defendants there are higher courts to put it right.
