Summary
John Harris, Professor of Bioethics at Manchester University, argues that as bio-technology becomes mature we should encourage genetic manipulation, and that producing children who have enhanced sporting or musical abilities is something to celebrate. Those who advocate restricting it needed to justify why this is necessary.
