We've launched our film competition, the clock starts now!

As part of our ongoing campaign to turn Volkswagen away from the Dark Side, we've launched a film competition. You've got two weeks to make fake VW adverts which turn its marketing on its head.

Volkswagen loves to claim that it makes really efficient cars. Their latest advert, Think Blue: Symphony, is a glorious celebration of greenwash: a steady stream of concept cars, over-priced niche models and windfarms.

Oddly enough they forgot to mention that their Blue Motion cars are just 6% of their fleet and that they're lobbying against the laws we need to stop climate change. That's just the sort of thing we need your help to expose.

This is you chance to help us pick the best way to make VW see sense. Whoever makes the best film will receive a £5,000 budget to make a new campaign film for Greenpeace. We'll also be screening our favourites at the Curzon Soho in November.

You don't have long, so grab your camera and get to work!
