As the UK prepares to go to war in Iraq, Greenpeace invites you to join us as we march for peace.

Stop the War marches are being held on Saturday 15th February in London and Glasgow. March with us under our "No War" banner and make your voice heard.

London
Assemble at Jubilee Gardens on the South Bank, adjacent to the London Eye, between 9am and 10am. The nearest tube station is Waterloo.*

Glasgow
Assemble at Glasgow Green no later than 10am.*

Greenpeace opposes the war because:

  • It would have devastating human and environmental consequences
  • President Bush is clearly trying to get control of Iraq's oil reserves
  • War is an ineffective way to deal with weapons of mass destruction

*These times and places are firm; though we recommend you watch this space just in case they change.
