What changed in July 2026
Under new ownership since July 2026. The reset is practical rather than theatrical: machines serviced, prices posted, attendants on the floor, and a website that says what is true now instead of trying to borrow confidence from what used to be here.
That matters because this is a neighborhood laundromat. People are not choosing a brand story; they are deciding whether the place works when they arrive with two bags and ninety minutes.
Posted prices
The rates on the wall and the rates on the site are meant to match. If they ever do not, the lower one wins.
Attended floor
Somebody is here every open hour, in English and Spanish, which changes the feel of the place immediately.
What we are not claiming
This page deliberately avoids the usual filler because most of it would be fake or premature. The useful way to describe a four-week-old operation is to say what exists already and leave the rest for later.
- Not brand-new equipment. The machines are maintained, not replaced, because maintained is the fact that matters to a customer standing in front of them.
- Not years of track record at this address. The ownership is new, and pretending otherwise would tell you the wrong thing about the place.
- No review wall yet. There are not enough meaningful reviews to build a story around, so this page does not try.
- No badges or hollow certifications. A laundromat does not need decorative trust markers to prove it can wash a comforter or fold a family week's laundry.
- No named commercial clients. When those become real, they can appear. Until then this page stays factual.
This page changes by adding true things, not by claiming them early.
