One-off first
Most people book a single collection, use it two or three times, then set a fixed day.
We collect your laundry from your door, wash and fold it on serviced machines, and bring it back. You schedule it from your phone and you never have to carry a bag anywhere.
We collect across six neighbourhoods on Chicago's Northwest Side, plus the streets around them: Dunning, Portage Park, Belmont Cragin, Montclare, Galewood and Jefferson Park.
On the edge of that? Call (773) 234-8412 and we will tell you quickly. The boundary is a matter of what is practical on the day rather than a line on a map.
Each neighbourhood has its own page if you want to know how the store fits your particular corner.
Six steps, three of them yours and none of them longer than a minute.
Your laundry never leaves 6043 W Addison St except in our van. Nothing is subcontracted and nothing is sent to a facility you cannot visit.
Priced by weight rather than by item, so a bag of shirts and a bag of sheets of the same weight cost the same.

Collection costs more than dropping it off, and the fee is on top. That difference covers the driver's time and fuel. If you pass the store anyway, drop-off is better value and the services page compares the two properly.
Most collections happen with nobody there, and that is the point of the service rather than a compromise. Tell us where to collect from and return to when you book - a porch, behind a gate, with a doorman, or a specific spot you will recognise.
It works best with somewhere out of the weather and out of general view. If you live in a building with a controlled entrance, tell us at booking.
If we arrive and there is no bag, we contact you before leaving. If something prevents a delivery, we hold it and arrange another time.
Very little, and five minutes makes the result noticeably better. Use a bag you are happy to have taken away and returned - a large laundry bag, a sturdy tote, anything that closes and carries a full load.
Label the bag if you live in a building with several units, or if there is any chance of it sitting in a shared entrance for a few minutes. Your laundry comes back folded and bagged - say so if you want it returned in your own bag and we will keep track of it.
Booking takes about a minute: pick a day, pick a window, confirm. You can book a single collection or set up a repeating one, and a repeating slot can be paused or changed whenever you like.

Worth doing as soon as you know it works. A standing Tuesday means the bag goes out on Monday night without a decision.
Three bags a week is different from one a fortnight. Worth a short call rather than booking online.
If your volume varies, fortnightly with the option to add an extra collection tends to work better than weekly with frequent skips.
This service is for ordinary washable laundry. A few things should not go in the bag: anything with a care label restricting the method, anything valuable or irreplaceable, heavily soiled items needing separate handling, and anything you are unsure about.
Oversized household items - comforters, rugs, sleeping bags, pet bedding - are priced per item rather than by weight and can go in the same collection. Mention them when you book so we bring the right capacity.
Tell us the same day if you can. A missing item, something that did not come out as expected, or a bag that is not quite right is easier to resolve while the load is still identifiable.
Use pickup and delivery when you want the same wash and fold result without bringing the bag in yourself.
