Contact OralRadar

OralRadar is an independent review site. Email is the best way to reach me directly about reviews, corrections, privacy, or partnerships.

Email is the fastest way to reach me

The best way to reach me is email:

oralradar@gmail.com

I read every message that lands there myself. This is a small, independent site with no call center or live chat. There is no ticket queue either. Just me and one inbox.

I usually reply within two to three business days. If it has been longer, send the message again. Email is the site’s support channel.

Sending an email shares your address, message, headers, and any attachment with me and with Google, which provides the Gmail inbox. I use that information only to handle the reason you wrote. Routine messages are deleted within 12 months after the last exchange; some correction, privacy, dispute, or business records may be kept longer when needed to document the outcome or meet a legal obligation. The privacy page explains deletion requests and the limited exceptions.

What to write about

It all goes to the same inbox. A quick label in your subject line helps me get back to you faster.

  • Corrections and accuracy. If I got a fact, a strain name, or a study wrong, tell me. This is the email I most want to receive (more on that below).
  • Questions or feedback on a review. Something unclear, or you tried a product and want to share how it went? I read all of it.
  • A product you’d like me to prioritize. My hands-on testing program is still rolling out. If there’s a supplement you want me to buy and put through it, let me know and I’ll add it to the list.
  • Business or partnership. Brands and publishers with a working relationship in mind can use the same inbox.
  • Privacy or data requests. How I handle anything you send me is covered on the privacy page.

Spotted a mistake? I fix it

I’d rather be corrected than stay wrong. Every health claim on this site is tied to primary research, mostly PubMed-indexed studies and Cochrane reviews, and I link to the source so you can check it yourself.

If you can point me to a study, or show me where I misread one, send it over. I’ll fix the page or explain my reasoning. If you want to see how that works first, my editorial policy covers how I handle claims and corrections, and how I test walks through the rest.

What I can’t help you with

Two things fall outside what I can do. I’d rather point you to the right place than leave you waiting on an answer I’m not the one to give.

Personal health questions. I’m not a dentist, and nothing here is personal medical advice. If you have a symptom, pain, or a specific condition, please see your own dentist or a periodontist (a gum specialist). If it feels urgent or like an emergency, contact your local emergency services or an urgent dental clinic, not me.

Orders and refunds. I’m an independent reviewer, not the seller. When you buy through one of my links, the vendor and ClickBank handle checkout and payment. They also handle shipping and refunds. I can’t see your order or change it. For anything about a purchase, use the ClickBank receipt or the vendor’s support.

Who’s responsible, and how I’m paid

This site is OralRadar, and I run it as founder and product tester (more about me). I’m a non-clinical product tester, not a dentist, and I don’t have a medical team behind me. I buy the products myself. I also read the research and show my work.

OralRadar earns a commission when you buy through some of my links, at no extra cost to you. The affiliate disclosure has the full details. That commission never decides a verdict; how I score and rank is spelled out in my editorial policy.

A note on AI, since people ask: I use AI tools to help draft copy and sift through research. I check every published claim against its cited source before it goes live. AI-generated or illustrative images are labeled; a product-test photo appears only after that test is complete.

If you’ve read this far, thanks. My inbox is open.
