The 96th edition of the Oscars unveiled its list of nominees on Tuesday at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, California, with ‘Oppenheimer’ topping the table.

The awards ceremony, celebrating artistic and technical merit for the film industry, will be hosted by American TV host and comedian Jimmy Kimmel on March 10 live from the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood.

Oppenheimer dominates with 13 nominations after sweeping five awards at the just-concluded Golden Globe Awards after its release in July.

The movie drama earned nominations in multiple categories, including Best Picture, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Film Editing, Best Cinematography, Best Music (Original Score), Best Sound, Best Production Design, Best Costume Design, Best Hair and Makeup, Best Director, and Best Actor.

Then, there is ‘Poor Things’ with 11 nominations and ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ with 10 nominations.
