Lagos postpones 2023 placement test
The Lagos state ministry of education, through its examinations board, has rescheduled the forthcoming Year 2023 placement test by Continuous Assessment Scores (CAS) earlier scheduled to hold on July 15.
According to a statement by Adebayo Orunsolu, director, Lagos State Examinations Board, made available to journalists on Monday in Lagos, the test has been shifted to July 22.
Ms Orunsolu said that the postponement became necessary as some schools had yet to complete/upload their registration process, and also considering the policy of the state government, which says “leave no child behind”.
The director further implored affected schools to take note of the new date and make best use of the opportunity.
According to Ms Orunsolu, “no excuses would be accepted after the expiration of the extension date.”
