Climbing above Glastonbury 2002

This year on the Greenpeace field, we will be working morning, noon and night. And we'll be waiting for you to join us!

Early morning
If you're up and about, you can start the day the yoga way from 8am. Afterwards, head for one of our hot solar-assisted showers (which will be going 'til 8pm for the late risers). The showers are in the midst of our tropical wonderland - a replica of the ancient forests we're trying to save. Oh, and don't bother bringing soap or shampoo - we'll provide the friendliest lotions on the planet.

Breakfast anyone?
The 24-hour Greenpeace lounge @ Cafe Tango will be serving the best organic, vegetarian, GM-free nosh on the site. It comes complete with a rich and varied menu of entertainment throughout the day and night. And you can vote here to keep this country's food GM-free.

Ready for some action?
Get yourself over to our towering climbing rig and learn how to do it from the experts. If you were out with Greenpeace, shutting down a polluting, 100 metre-high incinerator chimney, would you make the grade? Or would you be our 'hope on a rope'.

Rather be closer to the ground?
Then bring your board along to our fantastic new skateboard ramp. Martin will be around to introduce you to his experienced crew and show you a trick or two. You can also discover why buying only FSC-certified wood can save the world's ancient forests.

... and now for something completely different
Lookin' for love? Or hoping to hook up with a long lost friend? Then 'Soulmates' is the place for you. Turn up, sign in and be prepared to be pampered, persuaded and partnered. Made possible only with the help of our friends at The Guardian, Soulmates was the hit of the festival last year, when more than 60 couples got 'married,' and hundreds more met a mate. Meet your greens, save the planet, and let's make love not war.

All too much?
Never mind. You can chill out in our Enchanted Gardens. Do nothing. Or if you have a green thumb, pick up some tips from our gardeners and those who know.

Nightime is the right time
You can hang out with Greenpeace and the crew from Addictive TV, the pioneering VJ label. They'll be creating a special version of their Audio-visual Lounge in the form of an all night, open-air chill-out cinema - a sensory smorgasbord of audio-visual delight.
