In an exclusive interview with Lucky Kiden, Hon. Puot Kang said Kiden interviewed him on issues halting the completion of the oil refineries in South Sudan.

“.. The discussion touched on numerous issues of concern. The much-anticipated refinery completion is underway and we are in the final stages”,Kang said during the interview.

“. The Ministry of Petroleum is working immensely hard to make sure that much-needed reforms are implemented to meet our people’s needs”, he emphasized.
