Africa’s leading fintech company, Flutterwave, has ended its recruitment drive with an addition of 200 staff to its workforce.

In early July, the company announced vacancies for 200 positions for young graduates across the country.

The company received over 11,000 applications from applicants, out of which 200 were selected.

“The graduate trainee program, a year-long developmental opportunity, targets newly graduated Nigerians across various institutions within the country. Selected graduate trainees will work on key projects alongside Flutterwave’s dedicated leaders, who will aim to inspire and mentor them towards achieving their career goals. Flutterwave will pilot this program in Nigeria, with plans to expand to other parts of Africa,” part of the company’s statement said in July.
