Ndinne evicted from BBNaija season 9

This week’s eviction took a different turn compared to last week.

The aunty and niece duo, Ndinne (Chinne and Nne), were evicted from the ninth season of Big Brother Naija, titled “No Loose Guard,” after just two weeks in the house.

The announcement was made by the show’s iconic host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, during the Sunday eviction show.

The duo Streeze (Toby Forge and Mayor Frosh) and the Mbadiwe twins (Ozee and Ocee) managed to secure immunity from eviction.

Streeze clinched their safety by winning the custodian challenge, while the Mbadiwe twins triumphed in the immunity challenge.

However, not everyone was as fortunate as Ndinne, along with the duos Nelita, Shatoria, Aces, Wanni x Handi, Zinwe, Doublekay, Beta, Tami, Flourish, and Radicals, found themselves at risk of eviction.

Among these, Ndinne, Zinwe, Flourish, and Radicals received the highest number of viewer nominations making them the least four up for eviction.

This week’s eviction took a different turn compared to last week.

Previously, housemates had the chance to evict a duo while the custodians had the power to save one.

However, this time around, Streeze, who had earned the exclusive power to “evict only” as part of their custodian role, made the decisive move to send Ndinne home.

While talking to Ebuka on their way out, Chinne expressed her surprise at their early exit, saying, “I thought we were going to stay longer, but it is what it is,” and shared her bittersweet feelings, admitting she would miss her close bond with Onyeka, another housemate.

Nne, on the other hand, when asked “what next,” said she doesn’t know but “as we move forward, the step will come in play.”

As the “No Loose Guard” season progresses, Ebuka urged the housemates to stop “playing it safe” and to play authentically, warning them to make choices they won’t regret once they leave the house.
