received to become so engaged?
POLICEMAN A
Do you dare to slander me? Get out
right now.
POLICEMAN B
You are the one who must get out so
that I can perform my duty.
BOTH POLICEMEN A & B
(Both policemen scream)
Get out!
Each grabs his gun, but neither pulls it out.
As the policemen argue, the Amerasian quietly slips out the back door
and disappears into the night. Now only God can catch him.
From the corner of his eyes, B sees the Amerasian disappear as A's
big frame blocks the view in front of him.
POLICEMAN B
Fine. I will think about it.
Policeman B says angrily and then walks out hurriedly.
