I couldn't keep my attention on my breath: my mind wandered.
It seemed like I was making myself breathe a certain way,
like my breath wasn't just going by itself.
Sometimes I forgot I was meditating and was daydreaming and thinking of other things
I fell asleep in meditation. I tried to stay awake but couldn't.
I felt restless. I couldn't sit still
This meditation wasn't as good as the one(s) before.
I didn't get that peaceful, relaxed feeling.
Meditation was difficult because I was feeling so emotional --
some strong feelings came up...
It was hard to sit up straight during meditation.
Sometimes while I was meditating my body slumped over
(or my head fell forward or drifted to the side). Is that OK?
I was in pain and couldn't concentrate on the meditation
