POLICEMAN A – Around 30 to 40 years old. Tall and stocky. With a
large face and piggish eyes. The typical physique of a corrupt cop.
Took advantage of the rape to extort gold from the Amerasian's

mother. Had to deal with Policeman B, who hated and wanted to hunt
down the Amerasian to punish him.
Protected the Amerasian and his mother, who, eventually, were able to
emigrate to America.

POLICEMAN B - Around 30 to 40 years old. Ice cold expression. The

entire family killed along with around 500 others during the My Lai/Son
My massacre in 1968 that shook America. Heard about the rape
perpetrated by the Amerasian. Decided to hunt him down, bring him to
justice, and punish him even though it was not his case. After several

near misses, they finally cornered the Amerasian after a deadly chase.
They listened to the Amerasian and understood his deep and true love
for the girl. Decided to let him go. Felt relieved and at peace with
himself.

THE BOY - Around 5 years old. The son of the Amerasian and the

girl. He exists only in the dreams of the girl's father.
