The contractor had used a 4,000 PSI surface wand on painted stucco — a surface that should never see anything above 500 PSI. The resulting damage cost the homeowner over $8,000 in repainting and stucco repair.
That experience became the founding principle of Clean Slate PW: the right method matters more than the equipment. Jason Caldwell spent six months studying soft wash chemistry, surface compatibility, manufacturer warranty requirements, and Florida-specific algae biology before cleaning a single customer's home.
