The Lanai That Used to Feel Like a Room

We inspect all screen panels for pre-existing tears, loose spline, or weakened screens. Any pre-existing damage is documented and discussed with the homeowner before cleaning begins.
Interior floor pre-treatment
The concrete or paver floor inside the enclosure receives a cleaning solution application to break down organic growth, especially in shaded corners and along the cage perimeter.
Screen and frame soft wash
Our low-pressure soft wash system (under 200 PSI) applies cleaning solution to screens and aluminum frames from inside and outside the enclosure, dissolving pollen film, mildew, and oxidation.
Gentle rinse
All screens and frames are rinsed with low-pressure water. We rinse from top to bottom, inside to outside, ensuring complete removal of all cleaning agents.
Floor surface cleaning
The enclosure floor is pressure cleaned at the appropriate level for its material. Pool furniture is moved as needed and replaced after cleaning.
