What are HA fillers?
Juvederm is a hyaluronic-acid filler suspended in a gel. Restylane is also known as Restylane. This gel helps the injection of hyaluronic Acid stay in its place. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This is great for deep wrinkles and folds on the face, as well as areas that require more volume like the cheeks or lips. These fillers dissolve easily and last for up to a year.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. [1] Traditionally, it includes dermatology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery,[2] surgical procedures (liposuction, facelifts, breast implants, Radio frequency ablation), non-surgical procedures (radio frequency skin tightening, non- surgical liposuction, chemical peel, high-intensity focused electromagnetic field, radio frequency fat removal), and a combination of both.[3] Aesthetic medicine procedures are usually elective.[4]

Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 508,090 in 2020,[6] making it the 36th most-populous city in the United States. It is the most populated municipality of the Kansas City metropolitan area, which straddles the Kansas–Missouri state line and has a population of 2,392,035.[7][2] The city borders Johnson County and Kansas City, Kansas (Wyandotte County) in Kansas. Most of the city lies within Jackson County, with portions spilling into Clay, Cass, and Platte counties. Kansas City was founded in the 1830s as a port on the Missouri River at its confluence with the Kansas River coming in from the west. On June 1, 1850, the town of Kansas was incorporated; shortly after came the establishment of the Kansas Territory. Confusion between the two ensued, and the name Kansas City was assigned to distinguish them soon after.
Sitting on Missouri's western boundary with Kansas, with Downtown near the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers, the city encompasses about 319.03 square miles (826.3 km2), making it the 23rd largest city by total area in the United States. It serves as one of the two county seats of Jackson County, along with the major suburb of Independence. Other major suburbs include the Missouri cities of Blue Springs and Lee's Summit and the Kansas cities of Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and Kansas City, Kansas.
The city is composed of several neighborhoods, including the River Market District in the north, the 18th and Vine District in the east, and the Country Club Plaza in the south. Celebrated cultural traditions include Kansas City jazz; theater, as a center of the Vaudevillian Orpheum circuit in the 1920s; the Chiefs and Royals sports franchises; and famous cuisine based on Kansas City-style barbecue, Kansas City strip steak, and craft breweries.
There are many HA fillers on the marketplace. For subtle to dramatic enhancements, we've used both Restylane HA Fillers and Juvederm. You have more options and can get customized results.
What are Neurotoxins?
Botox or Dysport can temporarily improve the appearance wrinkles and fine lines with injectable neurotoxins. Repetitive muscle contractions can lead to facial lines and wrinkles that get deeper and deeper over time. Botox and Dysport will weaken these muscle contractions temporarily leaving the skin visibly smoother.
Common areas to treat include the forehead and frown lines. Although results are visible in a few days following treatment, the effects will last for two weeks. When dosed appropriately results may last up to four months.
What is Sculptra exactly?
Sculptra, a biostimulatory injectable made of poly-L–lactic acid, helps gradually restore facial volume. When injected it stimulates your own skin's natural ability to produce collagen slowly over time. The polylactic acid will be biodegraded, and replaced with a network of new collagen after several months. Treatment areas could include the cheeks, jawline, nasolabialfolds, temples and cheeks. Some people require three treatments initially, then one each year. The results can last up to two years.
What is Kybella exactly?
Kybella is an approved injectable treatment that permanently eliminates fat cells. Depending on the amount and type of fat, one to five Kybella vials might be necessary. Multiple treatment sessions may also be required. Submental fat, also known as the 'double chin', is the most common area for treatment. Once an aesthetic goal is reached, treatment can be stopped.
What is a Vitamin B-12 Shot and how do you use it?
Vitamin B-12, an essential vitamin, is what our body needs to function well. This injection can help increase energy, improve fatigue, speed up metabolic rate, improve sleep patterns, increase concentration and boost the immune system.
What is HydraFacial and how does it work?
HydraFacial addresses all skin care needs with patented technology that cleans, extracts, and hydrates the skin.
HydraFacial Super Serums are made with nourishing substances that provide instant glow.
The first step involves gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and reveal new layers. Next, a light chemical peel will be applied to smoothen the skin and prepare it in order for painless extractions. Next, debris from the pores is removed using painless suction. The skin is then nourished. The skin is then infused with antioxidants and peptides to enhance its glow. The best thing is that there is no downtime.
What is Dermaplane?
Dermaplaning removes the top layer of dead skin, hair, and debris using a medical-grade surgical knife. A single session of dermaplaning is capable of removing approximately 2-3 weeks' worth of skin cells and debris. Dermplane is painless and non-invasive. The technique may look similar to shaving, but it is much more effective because the blade being used is able to get right against the top layer of skin. There's no reason to be concerned about your hair becoming darker. Dermaplaning works on the vellus (peach fuzz), and the hair grows back exactly the same size. A surgical blade does not give the illusion of thicker hair. This procedure is painless and requires no downtime.
What is Chemical Peel?
A chemical peel is a procedure that involves applying a chemical solution on the skin to remove the outer layers of the dermis. Chemical peels are a great way to improve the skin's texture, radiance, reduce wrinkles, decongest pores, treat acne-prone skin and help with fine lines. Chemical peels are available with different strengths. There are many ways to improve your skin. It all depends on what you want and how it is applied. Multi-treatments are best for the best results.
What is Clear + Brilliant Laser?

This is a review for medical spas in Kansas City, MO:
"I've been to about a dozen different medical spas and plastic surgery offices across the country, and this one has been my absolute favorite so far. Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff, good products and incredible prices. I was paying almost $100 more for a single chemical peel/hydrafacial at other medical spas and still wasn't getting the results I got from visiting Mia Bella. Not only are the estheticians friendly and thorough, but they take their time on your procedures (low light, relaxing music) and really make a practical, result-driven procedure feel like a trip to the spa. Oh, and I received derma planning at the beginning of each procedure for no extra cost (typically a $50 charge at other places)"
