What are HA Fillers?
Juvederm and Restylane, hyaluronic Acid fillers, are suspended within a gel carrier. This gel helps the injectable hyaluronic to remain in place. The hyaluronic acid works immediately by pulling in water, therefore, increasing the volume where injected. This is a great option for wrinkles, deep folds and other areas that need more volume such as cheeks and lips. These fillers are dissolved naturally with most lasting up to a year and some even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. What is sculpture?
Sculptra is a bio-stimulatory injectable that contains poly-L-lactic Acid. It helps to gradually restore facial volume. It is injected into the skin to stimulate your natural ability to create collagen over time. The poly-L–lactic acid is biodegraded gradually and replaced by a matrix of new collagen over several months. Treatment areas could include the cheeks, jawline, nasolabialfolds, temples and cheeks. In the beginning, most people will need three treatments spread over several months. Then they may only require one treatment every year. You can expect to see results for up to two years.
What is Kybella?
Kybella, an injectable treatment approved for permanently eliminating fat cells, is available. Depending upon the amount of fat present, up to five vials (or more) of Kybella might be required during one treatment session. Sometimes multiple sessions are necessary.
