Configure cloud provider permissions

A cloud account connects Cloud Snapshot Manager to a single cloud provider account.

This access is granted by configuring the cloud provider to allow a specific set of permissions to this account. Step-by-step directions are provided to:

• Configure a credential based IAM user for AWS
• Configure a role based IAM user for AWS
• Register Cloud Snapshot Manager to access Azure
• Configure Service Account for GCP

The following are the permissions that are required:

• For AWS resources - AWS permissions
  • Specific permissions needed for cross-account snapshot copies - AWS cross-account permissions
• For Azure resources - Azure permissions
• For GCP resources- GCP permissions
