The
Super Admin can also delete users. Depending on whether the user to be deleted has protection plans and report schedules that are assigned, CSM provides different delete options.
About this task
If there are no associated plans or report schedules, the user gets deleted. If there are associated plans or report schedules, the plans and report schedules can be assigned to a
Super Admin within the tenant or deleted along with the user.
Steps

In the left navigation pane of the CSM portal, under
Identity and Access, select
Users.

Click
Delete corresponding to the user that you want to delete.
- If there are no associated plans or report schedules, the user gets deleted.
- If there are associated plans or report schedules, the
Delete User page is displayed.

In the
Delete User page, do the following:
- Under
Protection Plans, you can choose to either assign the protection plans to a
Super Admin within the tenant or delete all the protection plans.
- Under
Report Schedules, you can choose to either assign the scheduled reports to a
Super Admin within the tenant or delete them.

Update & Delete and then
Delete in the page displayed.
